Your agency’s own site on the Free plan, set up in an afternoon. Nothing to install and nothing to pay.
Products
Three products, one account
Records request, Public meetings and Government claims. Start with one and add the others from your own admin page.
Demo videos
Watch each product work
A few minutes each, on the site’s own screens, from the first request to the response. An extended demonstration tells the whole story.
Three products, one account.
Records request
The Public Records Act: requests received, dated, routed to the department that holds the records, answered and archived, with the ten days counted for you.
Public meetings
The Brown Act: agenda items and their approvals, the posting clock, a public page with a permanent archive, minutes and votes, boards and commissions.
Government claims
The Government Claims Act: every deadline counted with its section, the notices drafted and served on the record, the decision, and the claimant’s time to sue.
An agency starts with one product and adds the others from its own admin page, with one account and one sign-in for its staff. Built for counties, cities, special districts, JPAs and school districts.
Watch each product work, as the people who use it see it.
How it worksFollow one request from the person asking, to the reviewer, to the custodian who holds the records, and back.
1 · RequesterThe requester names the department, describes the records and a date range, and submits. A reference number comes back at once.
2 · ReviewerThe request lands in the reviewer’s queue, which says what each request needs next. Step one: assign a custodian and a report-by date.
3 · CustodianThe custodian searches the date range, reports what the search turned up, and attaches the records.
4 · ReviewerBack with the reviewer: release the files, start the letter from the button at the top of the request, and send it.
5 · RequesterThe requester is emailed. The row now reads “Response sent”, with the full history and the records to download.
Three sizes of the same service
Every plan includes unlimited requests and requesters, the agency's portal address and branding, letter templates, deadline reminders and the audit trail. Seats are for staff: reviewers release, custodians search and upload.

Uploaded files kept is how long the files on a request stay on the portal once it is finished: the records staff upload and the documents a requester attaches alike. Files on a request that is still open are never deleted. Once a request is closed or withdrawn, its files are kept for the plan’s period from that day, or from their upload if that came later, and are then deleted, and the audit trail records it. The request itself, its letters, its messages and its history are kept. Keep your own copies of anything your agency’s retention schedule says to hold for longer.
Start free with a .gov email
- We email a code to that address. Entering it opens the setup.
- A few short steps name the site, its departments and its first staff.
- Until we approve a letter on your agency’s letterhead authorizing it, the portal is a demonstration site: its pages carry a banner, it sends only sign-in emails, and it takes smaller files.
No .gov address?
Request a quote
For the Plus and Enterprise plans, or for the Free plan when your agency has no .gov address. A person replies; there is no follow-up sequence.

Find your agency
Each agency has a site of its own, where the public asks for its records or reads its agendas, and its staff sign in. Type part of the agency’s name.
An agency is listed once its site is live and verified. Not there? Ask the agency for its address.
Platform sign in
For the platform administrator. Agency staff sign in on their own agency’s portal, at the address their administrator gave them.
